The hotel location is unbeatable. Direct access to the station simplifies airport transfers and city travel. The buffet breakfast offered extensive choices and high quality food.
The hotel showed signs of age. The room lacked modern conveniences such as readily available USB ports.

uneven stay
stained carpets outdated drapes
The buffet breakfast had a Wonderful variety.
The rooms are old. The carpets had stains, and the drapes looked very outdated. There was no electrical plug near the bed, VERY inconvenient for charging my phone. I think for the price, a proper coffee machine and a small fridge should be included. Instant coffee granules are hardly acceptable.

convenient location helpful staff great choice rude manager old towels room service
The location was very convenient since it was next to the station. This was very useful for using the train. The staff were helpful. They arranged a taxi to the airport when the underground was closed. Breakfast had a great choice of food.
My room was not serviced one day. The duty manager bordered on rude when I asked for information I received at check-in. The towels seemed well past their use date. I did not like this..

Acceptable Location, But Hotel Needs Improvement
chipped wood cabinet mold
The location was convenient since it is connected to Paddington station.
The room itself was quite dated. The furniture had chipped wood, and a strange, useless box was in the wardrobe. There was mold at the baseboard inside a cabinet where a refrigerator SHOULD have been.
